This is a continuation to Farmer’s Market part 4. In this, the final edition, we head back through the street fair to go to the bus terminal. Then we ride the bus home. This podcast is my fifth entry for NaPodPoMo.
This is a continuation to Farmer’s Market part 3. In this edition, we walk to a costume shop, only to discover that it’s closed. Then we head back through the street fair to pick up some groceries at Long’s. This podcast is my fourth entry for NaPodPoMo.
This is a continuation of Farmer’s Market part 1. In this edition, we arrive downtown, and enter the crowd in search of vegetables. Then we step into a bakery to buy a loaf of bread. Listen with headphones and immerse yourself in the sounds of the street fair. (This podcast is also my second entry for NaPodPoMo.)
This is part 1 of a multi-part series of audio podcasts. A few weeks ago, me and Jen rode the bus to/from the world famous San Luis Obispo Farmer’s Market. I recorded the trip using my Giant Squid microphone connected to my iRiver. The intent here is to provide something similar to a “soundscape.” Editing here is minimal, so these files will probably only appeal to more adventurous listeners. This is also my first entry into the inaugural NaPodPoMo. A few notes about this recording:
- @ 10:35 - We engage in a conversation with a dude at the bus stop
- @ 19:39 - The bus driver stops the bus to close a ceiling vent
