About Shawnogram

March 18th, 2007

I’ve always been fascinated with media. In 1989 (at the age of thirteen) I started a Robotech fanzine. It was a small hobby at first which, thanks to an ad in Starlog, became a worldwide beacon for fans of the anime series.

In 1995, I attended the Illinois Center for Broadcasting, which lead to a brief career in terrestrial radio.

In 1997, I published my first webpages on the Internet. In 2004, I launched Phantom Power Media, which has become an online repository for my various blog and podcast projects. In 2007, I established Shawnogram as my new “home” on the Internet. Here you’ll find videos, audio podcasts, photos and more. The philosophy behind Shawnogram is simple: Content = life. I feel that everything that happens has a value, and I’m just trying to relate the events of everyday life to anyone who cares to share them.

Thanks for checking out my stuff.
