It does have legs under the benches. We actually bought the table setup from a taco stand on the north side of Chicago and replaced its original tabletop with the Ikea tabletop you see in the photos. I'm also using another tabletop just like it as part of my desk now. (Resting on top of filing cabinets. Classy.) <b>Andy:</b> The video is a good idea. I'm hoping to get a new camcorder this month, so that may happen. <b>Judy:</b> Considering Erk produces so many different podcasts, I can't see how he'd have time to be anywhere else besides the studio. I think you will feel better when its all set up. I think we might have the same aquarium. Although ours is in the basement right now. I'm planning on bringing it upstairs though and setting it up for the first time in this house.
