   Dude, don’t put the cheese on top! This is like HN 067 all over again, WTF is wrong with you? The cheese will burn and the topping won’t get cooked properly. It’s crust, sause, cheese, topping and a little extra cheese for that brownish baked look.

   No that didn’t come up in HN 067. I’m referring to the “only negative comment” you ever received for 067 because this coment was kinda negative also, sorta. Besides, who needs a good memory, we’ve got Google now.

   This was great. I really think you made a great choice with the pizza dough instead of getting the pizza crust. Those ready-made pizza crusts are usually soo dry and taste like cardboard. If you want to get even fresher you could pick up some pizza crust mix at the store. I don’t know where you get your groceries from but Wal-Mart has some for under a $1 that I use and really like. I like to use two of them for one pizza. It makes it easier to stretch across the pan. Great video, Shawn! I am anxious for more of them down the road!

   Thanks, Andy. I do have one more of these videos in process that may be released later this week. And I’m considering at some point trying to make an entire pizza from scratch. (Well, the dough and sauce, anyway.) But the store-bought parts will work for now. And I’m guessing that the blubrry stat system must’ve gone down ’cause the mp4 link is working now and it also worked when I updated my iTunes yesterday. You know how it is with these technologies…
