I finally went to Washington Mutual and STILL had that problem. Even when someone made fraudulent charges on my account they refused to refund it. I've been with Bank of America now for three years and am really happy with them. Plus when you do travel out of state they are everywhere! I had that problem constantly with Wells Fargo.
