We spent our Independence Day afternoon at my sister’s beautiful new home in Atascadero. We lounged in the pool for awhile, played with the dogs and enjoyed some fine outdoor cooking.

We played fetch with Lelo, my sister’s lil’ chihuahua.
My sister let me take her new riding lawnmower for a spin.

The two photos above are really great. The dog is really cute. I’ll assume that they’re trying to grow grass so they’ll have something to cut with the new lawn mower, LOL.
They did clear that whole area of grass/weeds after they moved in. It’ll probably grow ever again, eventually.
