		<description>Best, easiest weight-loss experience I ever had came in the fall of 1999, when in a really stupid home accident I blew out a kneecap. I spent a month on crutches -- increased physical activity -- and thanks to having the hands crutch-occupied for that month, I couldn't carry any snacks to either my work desk or to the upstairs spot in front of the TV in my then-home Lost something like 35 lbs. in a month. Not that I'd suggest kneecapping yourself, mind you.... just sharing the story...   ft</description>
